David C. Dale
  David C. Dale was born in Rochester, New York, on February 11, 1938. Mr. Dale received his undergraduate and legal education from Indiana University and was admitted to the Bar in 1962. Mr. Dale practices in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, and health care law. Professionally, Mr. Dale is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a former Chairman of the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, and is an Indiana Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. David Dale was named the Citizen of the Year by the Wells County Chamber in 2000.


Keith P. Huffman
  Keith P. Huffman was born in Toledo, Ohio, on July 20, 1951. Mr. Huffman received his undergraduate education from Adrian College and his legal education from Indiana University, and was admitted to the Bar in 1980. Mr. Huffman practices in the labor, health care, commercial, corporate formation, real estate, and Medicaid law areas. Keith Huffman was named the Citizen of the Year by the Wells County Chamber in 2003.


Timothy K. Babcock
  Timothy K. Babcock is a long-time resident of Bluffton. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, he attended Bluffton High School and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with High Distinction with a Bachelor's Degree in Germanic Studies and a minor in English. He was a member of Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa honorary fraternities. Mr. Babcock also graduated from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong emphasis in estate planning and taxation. While in Atlanta, he participated in several internship programs including an internship with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Babcock is admitted to practice law before all Indiana state courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana. His practice mainly focuses on the areas of Estate Planning and Administration.


Nicole R. McVicker
  Nicole R. McVicker was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated form Concordia Lutheran High School.  Mrs. McVicker obtained a degree in public relations and minors in English and Political Science from Purdue University in 1997.  She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001, where she was involved in the Sixty Plus Elderlaw Clinic and Christian Legal Society.  Mrs. McVicker is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Washington States and is a member of the American and Indiana Bar Associations.  She practices primarily in the areas of Medicaid, estate planning, real estate, and corporate law.
